Guaranteed Auto Sales

Tom Sr. was phenomenal to deal with! He had a car I was interested in (2018 Ford Focus). The dealership is a couple states away from me, so my decision to buy was all made via phone calls and online pictures. I think the dealership represented the vehicle well. When I arrived, Tom was as warm and friendly in person as he was on the phone. The car was exactly as pictured and described. The sales process was smooth. Would highly recommend Guaranteed Auto Sales! They make you feel comfortable, and not at all pressured.

I have had a great experience with guaranteed auto for myself and my granddaughter he was very upfront about everything he has a very friendly family and really came thru for me while I was in a pinch with another car of mine I really appreciate you Tom 💗 I will always definitely recommend your lot to anyone who looking for up front guy as yourself!! Thank you Barbara S .

Recently bought a van here, very professional staff and decent prices. Two weeks later I had a small issue with the van but owner Tom was super nice and had it fixed at no cost. Excellent customer service!

I’ve bought multiple cars from Tom over the years. Everyone there is super helpful and they’ve always got great deals. Their showroom office and bathroom is always super clean too. Anytime I decide to switch vehicles this is where I’ve always gone and will continue to go

I bought a Trailblazer from here and everyone at this place is wonderful. Courteous service, amazingly clean offices and shop area. I needed help on who to go to to have a couple minor things done (brakes, oil changes, etc.) and Tom found me someplace reputable and held my hand so to speak far after the sale was complete. I'm going back to purchase another vehicle for my son who just got his license. I trust Tom Ingram wholeheartedly to be honest and transparent in his business ethics. You won't be disappointed coming here for your next vehicle purchase!
