I love my new car. Oscar worked hard to help me get approved. I Love their bumper to bumper warranty‘s. They even have insurance that you can’t get on the spot. Even though it’s not a new car I am building up my credit. Very happy

I recently bought a car from carfect and everything was bad! I talked to a person named Chuck and Louise and they both gave me bad customer service! I was sold a jeep renegade 2016 and when I bought the car it was not even sold with the correct key to my car! My battery went dead in my car so that’s how I found out about the key not being for my because I couldn’t get in. I called them to resolve the issue and they were rude and very belligerent. Then they told me that it was sold to them from the auction and sold as is so there was nothing they could do. Then a gentleman named Alexus mentioned a 30 day warranty but then went to further tell me that the warranty doesn’t cover keys. So I was confused about that. But basically they told me all that can be done on my end is to call a locksmith to make me a key that they would not cover when they sold me the car! It’s not on the auction, it’s not on the locksmith, ITS ON CARFECT FOR SELLING ME THE CAR AS A WHOLE. For them to tell me that they can’t fix a problem that they caused or allowed is completely INSANE! Now I have to pay out of pocket for a key that I was never issued in the first place! I do not recommend this company ! They are very fraudulent and I will be talking to my lawyer about this unprofessionalism and recompensation.
