Bought a vehicle last year from them, but wanted to wait to review to make sure no issues... and other than minor things that are a) to be expected with a high mileage vehicle and b) could not have been foreseen until they happen, I've had no problems or complaints. Still very happy with my purchase! Staff was helpful and friendly... they were upfront and honest about the condition of the vehicle and i felt it was priced appropriately for the age and mileage. When we noticed a small issue with one of the headlights on test drive they were happy to bring the car into their shop to check it out right away so that it wouldn't be an issue after purchase. I would happily work with them again!

Dealt with salesman named Geoff. Very helpful and courteous. Allowed me the time to do an inspection and run the carfax. Took it for a drive. Liked the vehicle. Decided to buy. Went and got a cashiers check. Came back and was out the door in 10 minutes. Fast service. Got a car that should last me some years

My husband and I purchased a 2021 Camry here a little over a month ago. When we first left off the lot, I was fully anticipating leaving a 5 star review. The experience was great, super friendly staff and we love our “new to us” vehicle! All of that still remains true, except for the great experience part. When we took out our loan, we were advised by Jake, the salesman, that we’d pay the dealership the Wisconsin state sales tax and fees (we’re from Michigan) and within a few days, they would mail us the check for that, so we could take it to the SOS in Michigan to get our plates and registration. Our loan officer didn’t see an issue with it so this is what we did. We didn’t want to take that money out of savings, which is why it was included in our loan amount, and we made that clear to Jake. After about 3 weeks, we started calling to find out where the registration and check was. (I’ll also note here, out of the 5-7 times they were contacted, only once did we get an answer when we called. Every other time we couldn’t get anyone to answer and had to wait for a call back). We were told because the car came from Florida there was some issue with the title and they were still waiting on it. Two days before our temp plate was to expire, we finally received the title, but still no check for our taxes and fees. We called again and was told that the person who handles that aspect doesn’t work for the company anymore and it would be sent soon. Our new to us Camry, is currently sitting in the driveway with an expired temp plate and no current registration, not being driven because we still don’t have the taxes and fees returned to us, that we were told would be sent within days of them receiving them. I’m really hoping we receive the funds this week because I’m sure it’s still going to take a couple days for the check to clear before we can access them to get the car registered and plated so we can drive it again. This is the first vehicle my husband and I have purchased from a dealership, I hope this isn’t the standard to expect going forward.
