My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Haus. It was our first experience here and we would definitely purchase from here again. I knew what I was looking for and a vehicle that I was interested in was due to come in. They had it detailed and ready for me to test drive the same afternoon that it arrived. The staff was friendly and fun and let's not forget the star of the show, Winston the fluffy dog. Another stress reliever when going to.spend so much money on one item. Having done my research on on the vehicles I was interested in, I knew that the price of the vehicle was also a good deal. We called Auto Haus on Velp just prior to closing time on a Saturday to check availability on a car we were interested in. Tyler said they had many calls that day, but the car was still there. We scheduled an appointment for Monday. When we arrived, Tyler made sure we could inspect the underside of the car on a lift in back and had his techs help answer all our questions prior to the test drive. Bradley even popped back to introduce himself to us. They took excellent care of us. No pressure, straight shooters. We've bought numerous vehicles over the last 30 years and this was one of the best car buying experiences we've had. We'd highly recommend Auto Haus on Velp to anyone interested in making a purchase.
