I bought a vehicle here about 4 months ago. It was in very good condition. I had a couple of different options that they came up with for me and work the deal with excellence. I don't have a lot of money however they were able to find a vehicle and payment that worked great for me. Since the vehicle I decided on had just come into the dealership it was not cleaned up and gone through inspection. I took it for a drive anyway and it drove very nice. They did the inspection and cleaned the vehicle including the engine that day. It needed a couple of things including new tires, So I had to bring it back a couple of days later when Parts came in. They honored everything they said they would do. They cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior so well that it looked new again. Within the first month I owned it I had an issue with the engine. They had me come in and they repaired it at no cost to me. I have not seen service this good in many years. I strongly recommend checking out to their inventory and purchasing from this dealership. They stand behind their product after the sale so much better than most other dealerships I've seen in decades. They have two locations on the east side of Green Bay. I bought mine from the one on East Mason Street.

I worked with Kaylee she did an amazing job by helping me find a vehicle that was within my budget. She wasn’t pushing me to purchase something that I couldn’t afford. She went through several vehicles on test drives with me until we found the perfect one hands-down one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to very friendly atmosphere very slow going where they make sure that they are answering all of your questions returning your phone calls, not overcharging you for down payments and making sure that you are getting the best quality and care

Don’t waste your hard earned $ on a car from da Silva prime auto…. Purchased a ‘17 transit connect , the owner insisted that I buy an extended warrranty through her shop? The warranty was not a very appealing one and being that conveniently it was one in which was only honored by her mechanic shop, which is 2 hours from me , not only that but had I needed it, it gives them all the power not to honor it, so I went with one from my lender , upon pick up she insisted that I had a warranty as the vehicle was an “as-is sale”. If you are selling quality used vehicles as a dealer wouldn’t you have a moral obligation to go over the vehicle , fix what needs it and then sell it on your lot. Well less than a month later the transmission completely went out. I called the owner she was less than helpful and was still trying to make a buck of me when she clearly raked me over the Coals,, she said “ I was going to use that vehicle to start a plumbing business” , but I decided to sell it. Hmmmmm when your mechanic found out that the transmission was going ,” sell it on the lot as-is “ like I said go to a reputable dealer !and stay away from these dealers that get “deals “ at auctions buy junk vehicles and sell them “as-is” and if they want you to purchase a warranty from them even worse , any reputable lot will have mileage/days warranty , I hope to see this business go out !
