I was quite happy with the time both Brandon and Jacqueline put into our visit. They presented multiple options and were able to break everything down. Great price and honorable employees. Good experience. I would recommend. Thanks guys!
We worked with Dan over the past week to purchase a 2021 Armada. The entire process from first discussion to purchase was smooth. His customer service was above exceptional. All of our questions were answered with entirety. More important is that there was no “ pressure” from Dan for the sale. That assisted in making our decision. We recommend Autoconnect USA, but highly recommend Dan in sales!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an awesome experience at Auto Connect USA! Kamal in finance was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything simple and stress-free. Brandon is awesome—honest, down-to-earth, and clearly runs a top-notch dealership. Great people, great service, and an overall excellent car-buying experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The team at Autoconnect was professional, kind, and helpful. I was not planning on getting a new vehicle this year, but after being hit by another driver and reaching out to dealerships, Autoconnect was able to find a vehicle for me that fit my needs and price range. The sales team was low-pressure and I was even allowed to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle before finalizing the sale.
Revised to 2 stars instead of 1 star: 2018 Honda CRV - 115,145 miles at purchase, problems started at 115,423 with a $4,200 repair estimate (head gasket, timing chain, fuel injectors) - March 2026 When they ask if you want a warranty, do it. Just hope you don't ever have to use it. So far, it has cost me $3700 of the $4200 of the repair. I contacted them about a week ago and able to assist quickly in the repair at a cheaper price than a Honda dealer, but I was on the hook. AS IS, I guess, means AS IS, no warranty even in a short mileage after buying it. My best advice to this dealership is communicate, check in on your new customers that bought a vehicle after a few weeks, and build a customer base that trusts you. If issues start so soon after the vehicle was purchased, assist the customer financially with major issues and take a hold of getting the repair coordinated for them, not giving them a number to call. Be courteous and ask them if they are satisfied with the way the situation was handled. Other than the mechanic, the owner did not do any of the above directly with me. Major repairs are not cheap. They assisted, but not a huge amount financially. I am at a crossroad and will not return. This whole situation just feels off with how it started out from purchase, but I am not going to make an assumption. I hope this helps both the business and consumers with making future decisions on a vehicle purchases. 5/14/2026 - I do have to be honest and yes, I did block your text messages on Monday night due to frustration on how this all is handled by the communication. I did not want to talk or receive more calls at that time. Mainly because of two things - here are the keys, your car is in parked in the back, thank you - I have been extremely cordial up to this point, but then treated like I am the problem. And then the car still shuddering on the way home as it accelerated. But then let's be honest on other things like $20 gas gift cards for a 5 star review when you purchase the vehicle. Up to the customer, but nice incentive. Again, not making assumptions, but something seems off. With your text yesterday, "So we can't make this right with you? Were offering you $ back", I finally responded with why I was frustrated, and offered to talk later on the phone. No call. Through that text, you said you would be willing to work out full refund on labor to revise the review. I already told you I would pay the $1700 for parts from the first phone call when I called you in the utter shock from the estimate Van's gave me and asked for your help on labor. You never mentioned your stance and I rely on companies to step up on their end to tell me exactly how they can help. No return phone call from you when I asked for your call back to talk about the repair cost last Monday. Didn't talk to me until Thursday when I dropped the car off and you said you would talk to the mechanic to work out a deal. Your help financially didn't come until I got home with the car in the driveway after I had already paid in full for the $4200 in all of the repairs to get my car. Please re-read my review about communication. Going back to misdiagnosis is not correct. You have the video I sent yesterday of the diagnosis from Van's showing coolant leak in the cylinder head and empty coolant overflow tank. 1100 miles on a vehicle I purchased from Auto Connect with a coolant overflow canister empty, yet blaming another company for a logical explanation for misfires problems on cylinders 1 & 3. The compression on a vehicle is dependent on a lot of variables and head gasket sealing along with keeping coolant out of the cylinder is very important. We can go back and forth to argue about this, but this is facts. Offers to pay full refund or even talk about this wasn't until my original bad review. Now it's like you want to save grace. Like my review says, buyer take the offer on the warranty as it may be needed. For me, I take the hit and move on. Good luck and hope this review helps with future endeavors.
