Adam at Moses of Huntington was really great to work with. I usually don’t enjoy the car buying process, but this was actually a good experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, followed through on what he said, and made the whole process feel straightforward. That meant a lot. I’d definitely recommend working with him.

I just bought my 12th vehicle from Moses. I have been buying cars and trucks here since 1998. The staff has always treated me like family and are very knowledgeable and courteous. From Travis to Phil(rip), Roger & Dean, and Matt, they have always gone above and beyond the sale. The very first vehicle I bought there was a Pontiac Sunfire GT, and the latest vehicle I recently purchased was a 2019 GMC Terrain. There is no place I'd rather shop when it comes to selection, quality, bargain, staff, and service after the sale. Highly recommend! Phil Collins was my salesman all these years. He was a great guy and friend. His passing was sad and unexpected. He will never be forgotten for everything he did for me and his great demeanor. When you pay them a visit, ask for Roger Nottingham. He will treat you like family!

Don’t take your vehicle here unless you enjoy wasting your time. This service department clearly could not care less. Every single visit, it’s the same tired line: “We’re too busy.” They’ll tell you to bring your car on a specific day, you rearrange your whole morning, show up late to work, and then — shocker — they suddenly “don’t know” when they’ll even look at it. A week? More? Who knows. So why bother telling me to come in today if you had zero intention of touching it? There’s absolutely no guidance, no communication, and definitely no urgency. They give you a deadline to get things fixed, then conveniently push you out past that deadline so they don’t have to lift a finger. For three weeks straight it’s been nothing but excuses: no parts, no workers, come back later, maybe next week… it never ends. They keep pushing things back like it’s a sport. At this point I’d rather take my car literally anywhere else. This place has been nothing but a headache, and it’s obvious they have no interest in actually helping customers or getting anything done in a reasonable amount of time.
