From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly committed to quality work. Was the first time I had been back in service since the remodel. The people were profesional, nice, and they did a fine job on my oil change with multipoint inspection. I thought it took a bit longer than it should with the car being back just over an hour, but that is my only complaint. Ill be bsck if I ever need something that I cannot do as I typical do my own oil changes. I could not do so myself as the crappy weather we had in the weeks prior prevented me from doing so.

I had a great experience car shopping & purchasing my Nissan Rogue from Moses! Adam was my salesman, and I can't recommend him enough! He isn't pushy while looking, and if you're looking for something he will keep an eye out for you! I also had a great experience with the service dept getting my first oil change done! They took care of the vehicle quickly, and treated me well during the visit! The new service advisor was even so thoughtful to bring my vehicle back inside so me & my children could get back inside my vehicle because it was pouring the rain when time to leave. Thankful for a team going the extra mile!

This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Moses. I’ve always been satisfied beyond expectations with the entire process. Beginning to end smooth and effortless on my part. I told what I was looking for in no time I received choices right in front of me. I picked the one I wanted. They did everything else. I got a call saying it was done come and sign and I drove home with my vehicle. I would recommend Moses Auto Mall for your next vehicle to anyone. Buying a vehicle has never been so convenient.

I would give zero stars if I could. My car sat at this shop for six weeks while I was repeatedly told they were hoping to get it in by the end of the week or the beginning of the next. Those promises continued week after week, yet no work was actually done on my vehicle. What is especially frustrating is that no one was honest with me about how backed up they were. I wasn’t told there were significant delays until the very end of the process. The service manager got very snippy with me when i informed her that i was not informed of this, saying 'he must have told me when he did my intake paper' (She did my intake)Had I been given accurate information from the start, I could have made other arrangements instead of being strung along for over a month. Ironically, once I lost my job because I didn’t have reliable transportation, my car was repaired in just three days. To make matters worse, when I finally got my vehicle back, it now needs a wheel alignment. So I lost my job, had to pay a 900$ invoice (quoted 759.00, but apparently that was without tax and deductible from my warrenty), and I am going to have to take it somewhere else to get an alignment, because I will never take my car anywhere near this dealership again. And never allow anyone I know to buy or service their vehicle here. The lack of communication, constant false timelines, and poor quality of service made this an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
