I am an Arkansas resident who travels a lot, and there aren’t many Mitsubishi dealerships near me which makes getting service a challenge. Nonetheless, I traveled to Huntington WV on a recent trip and was amazed to randomly spot Goldy Mitsubishi right off the freeway and close to my hotel. I stopped in with just the intent of purchasing a replacement rear wiper and getting a new battery for my key fab. I spoke to Bill Nichols and he replaced the fob battery for free an installed the wiper while the other service technicians were at lunch. I went ahead and made an appointment the next week for other service issues since that went so smoothly. At the conclusion of my trip, I returned to a Huntington and Bill told me to meet him at the dealership approximately 30 minutes before opening time. I did, and he rode to the hotel that I was staying at and dropped me off. About 3 hours later, he texted in advance then met me at the hotel with my car. He gave us a ride back to the dealership where we settled the bill. As mentioned, I am from Arkansas. I knew nothing about Goldy Mitsubishi prior to my trip. But I must say, I was majorly impressed by the up front manner and willingness shown by Bill Nichols to help me get my repairs (and recall issue) resolved. Bill is putting your best foot forward in the service department, and that’s a win-win for everyone. I’ll inevitably return to WV at some point, and when I do, you better believe that I’m going to remember Goldy Mitsubishi for my future needs.
