I cannot stress enough how absolutely freaking wonderful Megan is! This was my first time looking at a car on my own, I’m young so I know when going to these dealerships they see someone they could take advantage of, Megan did the opposite of that. When I left that dealership I felt like I left with a friend. She was the absolute most helpful, kind and compassionate person. It literally doesn’t feel real with what she made possible for me today, and I could literally cry tears over how empathetic and helpful she is. I left feeling the happiest and proudest I have in a long time. She treated my sisters who were with me just as lovely. LITERALLY PRAISING HER TO THE MOON AND BACK!! she is fantastic at what she does.

They definitely helped me in the time in my life that I needed it the most I know Byrider gets so many bad reviews and they may not have the greatest cars but it’s not there soul purpose to put you in a brand new car there purpose is to help u get to the point in ur life we’re u do get that brand new car I know they have also ate money to fix my car with out costing me a dime Jeff in service has bent over backwards to make sure my car is always fixed and running and Chris the sales manager will be fair and help u out with down payment deferment and be honest with u and do everything in his power to get u a set of keys to car ur own vehicle and Megan has the heart of a human and isn’t just like every other sales person that makes a commission off u she gets joy and personal fulfillment that pays more than any paycheck by just being able to see the smile that makes her smile when she gets to tell u approved if ur looking for that brand new car I don’t recommend them but if ur looking for a car and people that do care then I definitely recommend Byrider

Megan is a very good sales woman. Not only that she made sure they was doing me right on the jeep when it had problems. I feel she went out of her way and didn't have to because I bought the jeep about 6 months ago . She should be promoted she's a good person in general.

Best Team they got me in a 2018 ford fiesta. I love the car and my wife love it to. Thank you JD Byrider team you guys are the best.
