Rick Miller Used Cars

My family and I have bought multiple cars from Rick Miller, and have had a wonderful experience every time. I find the prices unbeatable, and the customer service one of the best in the industry. Rick and all the people that work there take care of you and don't try to up sale or pressure you whatsoever. He has been in the car business for a long time, and is very knowledgeable with any make or model vehicle and gives you trustworthy details and opinions. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a car.

I have to say they are very laid back however most people don’t understand this is not a typical buy here pay here it is thru an actual finance company and with enough down wow just like that someone who couldn’t go to a big time car dealer gets the credit and the chance they deserve. Shannon Rose the gentlemen that basically runs the place it seems by himself I’ve never seen anyone go out of his way as he did for us yesterday. They’re used cars they aren’t perfect but you find one you like ... like we did it had some lights on we ran it down to his mechanic who scanned it told us the car had two sensors that needed replaced and we could bring the car home and schedule a time to come see him. They treat you just as good if not better as any large dealership you just have to invest the time into them they are willing to invest into you.

Prices are to high I'm ending up paying four times the Blue Book value for a trade in. The salesman is a fast talker and you've bought something totally different than what you wanted. I thought from the price I was quoted and after signing all paperwork I was going to walk away with a six year warranty. Joke was on me I received no warranty at all. Be careful or you'll be talked into something three times it's value! Signed. Unhappy camper.

Fianaacing a vehicle that i can't get to pass safety inspection and be legal to drive because of all the hidden rust damage on the frame and there's a hole the size of my fist under the back seat carpet thats to the ground and I was told by them it was normal and nothing to worry about yet here I am only a year into the contract and can't get it to pass inspection because its too unsafe and they won't respond back to me at all to try and make it right ,I've tried multiple times and even once I person 2 days after I bought it when I was told it was normal .I'll include pictures so everyone sees im not just blowing smoke .im not going away tho and have my lawyer getting things prepared to get results tho since they dont want to help me ,be carefull and look for spray paint on these vehicles from here ,look very close underneath the vehicle or you could end up like me.they also roll back odometer too,mine was rolled back 20,000 miles so be carefull ,

This is the most ridiculous car lot I’ve ever been to , I got a 2018 ford focus from them had it not even 1 day had to bring it back had no reverse so they put a tcm in brought it back home and the same night again wouldn’t go in reverse what so ever , had to take it back then they kept it for 7 whole weeks , and told me they were gonna put a BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION IN IT ! I said ok but then their mechanic admitted he wasn’t sure that he knew how to do it or program it right , so the wanted to take it to ford to do it , then went and changed their minds once again and ask his mechanic would do it , so after 7 weeks I went and got it and asked for a warranty again bc I got to drive it only 2 times before it went back all those times and they said no!!! Ever since I bright it home it’s made all kinds of noises, and now to 8 months later won’t go in reverse again , so I called and asked for the paperwork of the transmission they put in it , and he said oh we put a used one In it there’s no paperwork , and kid you not laughed in my face . After I was told it was a brand new transmission , never seen a car lot so unprofessional. Should have all the paperwork that mechanics done to it .
