Mark is the Best! He finds you the vehicle you want at a great price! He assist in you in financing & gets you on the road! Conveniently located near the interstate & gasoline. Very easy to find what you need & Mark can help locate it if you have a specific vehicle you would like! Great small business to support before you go to the larger lots that treat you like a number. Tell Mark that Sandy sent you!

I bought two SUV’s from here, and they have always been good to me and done me right my second car was a rather pricey vehicle and they did right by me. I have since sent two other people here. As for the the people who say they got cars that had issues , it’s a used car lot …….if u want a new car keep driving. When u buy a used car issues can happen……they are very personable people and understand that life happens and they will work with you

Great guy to buy from! Bought my Mercedes from Riverside in Jan 2022. Absolutely love the car! He handled the financing through a local credit union. They, too, are great! I would happily buy from Riverside again! (Still waiting on my Mercedes passenger side floor mat, Mark! Lol!)

I have held off on posting this review until now. Now that my loan on the car I purchased from riverside is almost paid, I want to share my story and experience purchasing from this dealership so that people are better informed if they decide to shop for a vehicle here. In 2022, I had just recently got my drivers license and was driving a huge van that my parents had purchased cheap off of FB marketplace. Because it was so big, we had trouble parking it on our street due to crowding issues with other cars on that same street. Thus, I decided it would be good to trade in the van for a smaller vehicle that was better on gas, which led me to Riverside Auto. For full transparency, at the time of purchase, I was a young man with very little experience operating in the adult world. I was very naive, very inexperienced, and under educated when it came to vehicles. When I went to Riverside Auto to look for vehicles, I had an idea in my head to get a reliable, smaller vehicle that was good on gas. Which was exactly how I presented my needs to the salesman there. This is going to be the "focus" of my review (pun intended and you'll see why). So, upon looking into my finances and possibly trade amount for the van after telling the salesman what I needed out of a car, he pointed me towards a red 2014 Ford Focus SE. If you don't know anything about this car or haven't experienced owning one, count yourself lucky. The 2014 Ford Focus SE is infamous for it's transmission failures, as was the rest of it's kind in it's generation (2012-2018 models). This transmission, the DPS6 Dual Clutch Transmission. This transmission was SO bad, Ford was litigated against and was court ordered to reimburse or extend manufacturer warranties on the transmission. Conditionally(very important for later) up to a certain vehicle milage and up until a certain year. This lead to the eventual end of the production of the Ford Focus. Here's how this ties into my story: The salesman there pointed me in the direction of this car and marketed it to me as this gas efficient (truth), reliable vehicle (not truth). I admit my faults where I had them. I took him at his word and fell for the easiest car salesman trick in the book. I took him for his word and test drove the vehicle. I loved it, so, I bought it. Now, to interject here, I just want to say that not all car salesman are horrible people or completely unmotivated to act in the best interest of their customers. However, it is my belief that a car salesman shouldn't sell you a car they wouldn't sell themselves or someone they cared about. Which is exactly what happened here with this gentleman. If you sell cars, it is my belief you should know the cars you're selling and the pros and cons of the cars that are on your lot. If you fail to inform your customers of common issues with a vehicle, especially costly issues, you are participating in negligence. Full stop. So, I ended up buying this Focus. 6 months into owning it, the transmission went out. The dealership refused to replace the transmission and the transmission was not able to be covered by warranty, so I had to spend $2800 for a FULL replacement. Only for it to go out a year later, which luckily, was replaced for free. Only THEN to need to be repaired again. To cut to the chase, I've spent more money on this car than I ever should have had to. If the salesman had any morals, he would have never sold me that vehicle, not should it have been on his lot. But it was. And he pulled one over on the dumb kid. So, the moral of the story is this: if you go here for a vehicle, question everything, because the salesman here does not have your best interests in mind.

Decent owner but upon having the car for a few days I found multiple problems. Started off as a few days, then turned into a few weeks, took them a month to get the car in, saying it would take a day or two to get it fixed. Well after dropping it off it was magically finished within an hour! Since then I've replaced all front suspension parts and now have a major oil leak. I also test drove 4 or 5 cars, all had serious issues including oil leaks, completly blown suspensions, cracked windshields, bald tires, you name it. 100% will NOT be a returning customer
