GILBERT MOTORS USA LLC

I absolutely recommend Gilbert Motors if you're searching for a used car. Excellent customer service throughout the entire business (owner, employees). They really care about the customer and go above and beyond. Respectful, patient, and trustworthy. I especially appreciate the on-site mechanic-very thorough, quick, and knowledgeable. He's weatherproof- cold weather/hot weather (much respect for him) he's working on cars and fixes them right.

Got my youngest a mini cooper there, 1st car there, excellent service, they worked with us, car is in great running and clean condition and gave us an excellent price on it, very happy we went there, will definitely go back.

Bought my first car here, perfect little Mazda 3 sedan. Gilbert was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process but what I loved most was the customer service after the sale, he would even switch out my tires in the winter, something not necessary at all but going above and beyond to make life easier for me. I was very happy and recommended everyone to go here for the best customer service and best cars. :) my car lasted forever!!! And Gilbert was always extremely helpful if I had any concerns later on

Gilbert was very kind, courteous, and informative, even though he knew I was not in the market to buy. He was selling a very nicely built Nova drag car that he was happy to show me, like it was his own. Thanks for the chat, Gilbert!

Bought a Ford escape from him on January 2nd and on the way home the engine light came on had AutoZone put it on the meter and it came back as mosf8, I called Gilbert and he had me bring it back on the 3rd he took and replaced all the plugs even though only 1 was bad then replaced the coil pack. He wouldn't let me pay even for parts. it's nice to find a good quality honest family business and these are the kind we need to support. Once again thank you
