E-Z Credit Auto Sales

I found a listing for a nice Ford Escort on Marketplace listed through E-Z’s employee Neily. I was able chat with her back and forth about the car and upon request she sent me a video of a cold start plus a walk around to answer the question I had. The staff worked with me and the banter in the sales office was a cherry on top. Overall I had a great buying experience!

I desperately needed a car and EZ Credit was the answer to my prayers. They worked with me and got me into a great vehicle that day, addressed any concerns I had about payments, and made me feel comfortable. The prices are excellent and the customer service is outstanding. My son who was looking for a car loved the one we bought from them so much he’s buying it from his dad and I so we’ll be right back at EZ Credit looking for our 2nd purchase from them!! Would travel from a different state to buy from them!

Traded in a car, and bought one. Was a easy and fast process. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Owner willing to work out a deal that benefits both parties. They make sure you know what they know about the car before buying. Will definitely be back for future purchase. Thank you.

we bought an 06 Chevy from ez credit. He said "there's nothing that I know of wrong with it other than the trailer hookup not working." We traded in our vehicle as a down payment along with cash on top. Not even 24 hours after having this vehicle, a bunch of white smoke comes out of the exhaust, the engine itself has a lifter tick, and the engine light turned on. AFTER being assured there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The service was good, the dealership itself? Do not recommend unless you want to be stuck with a vehicle you can't rely on.

Horrible customer service. The lady left the shop earlier than we were told they were going to close. She said she would head out that way since she had left early and told us after 30 minutes of WAITING for her that she will not be able to come. I have a very busy schedule and she wasted my time. She wouldn’t respond to messages or calls. I would never recommend this place unless you want her to rip you off and on top of that waste your time. There are definitely better dealerships in that area who treat you better. Would give 0 stars if I could.
