I was helped by Grendon. Absolutely sweet and he doesn’t try to hustle you out of your money. I am a first time car buyer and he was still able to get me into the car I was looking at. Easy to talk to and very understanding. He even put a cute bow on my car even though they were closing up he took the time to help me move my stuff and take a picture. Such a great first time experience and overall wonderful people. I was concerned for some things I saw but he had explained everything out clearly and repeated it when I didn’t understand. No attitude and no rush to try and get me my dream car. He even said he was there to help me get the car I wanted, not pressure me into something I didn’t like. Just so grateful and very happy with the service and support.

I needed a new car for a long commute to work. I was driving along south tacoma way and come across south tacoma auto James was super awesome, I told him what I wanted. This place is awesome, and was by far the easiest car shopping experience we've ever had. Fastest paperwork signage ever! Charles Laumatia was so personable and made sure we were comfortable with the deal. I loved how he had some well planned out test drive routes to really put the car to the test. 15/10 recommend this dealership. Adding to my review from my 1st visit. We liked this dealership so much, and were so impressed by how well they treated us, we wnr back and purchased another car for my daughter. And again, the experience was amazing, and they were so nice and awesome, that I went back and purchased a 3rd vehicle for myself. Can't recommend them enough.
