I had a fantastic experience at Car Pros Used Cars! The selection of vehicles was impressive, and the whole team was extremely helpful. [Salesperson’s Name] took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the right car without any pressure. The buying process was quick and efficient. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely return for future needs!❤️
I had a wonderful time buying my very first car at this location. Karson was very helpful with explaining how everything worked and had a very friendly attitude throughout the transaction my mom even liked his jokes. When I first came I was afraid of being scammed but this place is definitely not like that! I’m very happy with my new car :)
I was very happy with my experience there. I worked with Dennis, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and explained how the process works. The sales manager Oleksii made the process very smooth. The team did a great job making a customer for life. Will recommend to all my friends!
I bought a used 2019 ford fusion from car pros in 2020 and was super excited driving it everywhere i needed to go, But the car had issues and car pros was unwilling to help me at all. I had to take the car several times to lakewood ford who werent any better and ended up getting rid of the car for less then what i owed on it. Car pros sold me a lemon and i tried so hard to work with them and get them to swap cars or give the car back and they were unwilling to do anything about the situation even when i was sitting on the side of the road after work at 11Pm.
