These guys are the best!! They took all of the fear out of buying my vehicle. Jason was the rep that helped on both of the occasions that my boyfriend and I popped in, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and just as excited as we were to look at vehicles. John the sales manager and Josh the finance manager were also super helpful and really made the process as smooth as it could have been.

Saw, drove and now outright own a really beautiful low mileage Mercedes C300 4Matic Coupe thanks to Northtown Auto. Called Jason with 30 minutes notice and he had the vehicle ready to go on my arrival for a drive and inspection. Johnny was great with some of the finer points (did a trade with my Porsche Macan GTS) and Josh has what you need in terms of finance and warranties. Nicholas is another charmer and they even have good coffee as you wait. Altogether a solid sales and support team with a great line-up of impressive vehicles.

Filled out the online inquiry for a vehicle, even set up a trade in evaluation. Drove across town up north at a busy time of day. Had been texting with their rep for about an hour. Got there - neither of the vehicles were there. They sold Saturday? But they had a completely different one to sell us. Bait and Switch? False advertising? Definitely a waste of time and effort. Save yourselves the trip and shop elsewhere.
