They totally made this the best car buying experience ever! My credit isn't that great but they still worked with me and were able to put me into something safe and reliable for my kids. Had a good experience here. They didn't get all pushy and wierd like some auto sales places can be, especiallywhen they see a femalewalk in alone. 😆(yes, thats still very much a thing.....) 🤣 Mike is a good dude and Il be purchasing more vehicles from him in the near future.

I haven't really driven my new car yet but the buying experience was one of the easiest and BEST I've had in a long long time. My 2 sales guys were SO patient with me and did NOT pressure in ANY way. I was also lucky that I didn't have to walk out with a car on day one. I came in and told them exactly what I didn't want and the price range I was looking in and they checked every box and t went above and beyond, any concern I even expressed on my face was addressed in a positive proactive way. They communicated with me but not in a pushy salesman way. I appreciated that they understood I had been in the same OLD car for ever and the upgrade wade really hard. Will definitely return if I need another car! GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE!

I have to be honest, we were in a pickle and right around the holidays of all times. We got in touch with the North location (dont go to the valley location) and were pleased to find out Keon, who sold us our previous car worked over there. Keon and Joey are absolutely amazing. They were able to get us into a 2015, ford escape with low miles(...its like new) along with the down-payment we had available. Those 2 at Northside Auto Credit do it for the customer and not their pocket. We will definitely be going there again for future needs. If you go, go to the North location and ask for Keon or Joey, they will not disappoint!

Recently went through a divorce where my ex had my house condemned and foreclosed, credit dropped over 200 points and these guys still took the risk on my poor credit to get me into a vehicle. Absolutely loving my new little suby hatchback and so is my daughter. Chris was great to work with, financing was a bit slow but understandably with my credit situation. So glad I came here after trying other lots that wanted $2000 down to get a 3500 vehicle.
