Bought a car from these guys about 3 weeks ago. John Nowak was great to work with — answered everything quick and made the whole process easy. Happy with the purchase.
I purchased a pickup from these folks a couple of months ago and I wanted to share my experience and hopefully encourage others to purchase vehicles from New Deal. I found the truck on Craigslist and called about it. I spoke to Scott, who immediately answered all of my questions, and was completely open an honest about everything. He was straightforward and told me the truck came from Canada (I am half Canadian so that didn't bug me one bit), he sent me the Carfax on it right away when I asked for it. Scott told me that the truck did come from an auction, but the majority of used vehicles do so that is not a big deal either. After a couple of phone calls Scott and I negotiated on a more than far price that was well below Blue Book. We made the trek over from Missoula, MT, met Scott in person and took it for a test drive. Drove like a dream, and it was exactly as described by Scott so we made the deal. It was obvious that it had been gone through by a detailer which is a good thing. It is nice to purchase a used vehicle that is very clean. Scott even suggested a great sushi restaurant (Ding How) for lunch on our way back to Missoula. Roughly 3 months and 10k miles later I could not be happier. Bottom line: If you are looking for a "low mileage" (sub 100k) clean, local trade in vehicle, head to your nearest big box dealer but expect to pay top dollar. If you are looking to get a great deal on a clean used vehicle and want to buy from honest up front folks, head to New Deal Used Cars in Spokane. Cheers!
My wife and I bought a 2015 Ford Edge. This was one of the best and pleasant experiences we have had with a car dealership. Dillon was our salesman and was wonderful -- no pressure. I called to make sure the car was still there and then made an appointment to see it. When we got there it was already out front for us to look at. Wade, the finance guy, was VERY knowledgeable (a lot of experience) and very helpful. The deal they made us was amazing! We walked away happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone! The car was in excellent shape, exactly what we were looking for, and I liked the fact we could get a used car warranty that met our needs and was AFFORDABLE. I paid almost double for the warranty on the used car we purchased from a dealership in 2011. The other thing I thought was nice was that there was no owners manual in the car so the owner went in and ordered it for us. It is so nice to find a dealership that cares about their customers as well as their employees!. A+++++++++
Got my car delivered right on time and it looked even better in person. John was super easy to work with the whole way through. Really solid experience.
Difficulties with the ad content. Staff was otherwise accommodating and they had the specialty vehicle (2000 Ford F350 diesel dually) at a reasonable price. They were fast and friendly and they have a huge inventory for a used car lot. I would buy from them again.
