Worked tirelessly to get me approved the salesman Jordan was so kind and responsive answered every text I sent him and every question promptly, my check engine light came on shortly after and they took care of it immediately without issue! They had to make some adjustments to make it work without telling too much info they worked with me and my down payment and made it work!!! I’m so so thankful and will refer them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a vehicle! They don’t have crap vehicles they have a great service dept and an awesome boss who is also so kind! I waited a few hours for my car to be looked at and every person was so kind and helpful and friendly!!! If you have a bumpy past and need a second chance this is the place to go for sure!!! Read an online ad about their inventory, went there, saw the vehicle, test drove vehicle, a pristine 2015 XC 60 Volvo, arranged financing and bought it in less than three hours, and out the door with a beautiful ride!

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things. Especially needing to find a reliable fairly priced used car quickly. I remember seeing Jennifer's lot last winter & took a chance. I was looking for a Nissan Rogue & Jennifer's website listed 6. My online inquiry was responded to very quickly by Justin. I'm not easy to please but Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & couldn't have been kinder. The next business day I arrived to check out the Nissans. I was assisted by Gerry who was amazing, a description he definitely earned. Within a couple hours i had checked out all the Nissan Rogues & one Nissan Kicks. I chose my Rogue & Ryan, the finance manager took it from there. Ryan definitely knows his business & had my financing quickly approved with a great rate. I can't say enough positives about Justin, Gerry, Ryan & the nice office lady. Jennifer's team made me feel valued and turned a scary situation into a simple, painless & even fun experience. Spoke to a salesman over the phone after seeing the pickup advertised online and was told the pickup was in excellent condition with no issues..Drove two hours to buy the Toyota Tundra. When we looked the pickup over They used chrome/silver spray paint on the exhaust, spot sprayed black spray paint everywhere else underneath. They didn’t even paint the whole driveline… too lazy to pull it forward and finish the other side to not make it obvious.. There was paint chipping off the corner of the hood near the windshield that you could see from the drivers seat. There was also paint chipping between the passenger doors. The engine was making a loud noise at idle. The pickup drove smooth but when we tested the FWD it went into four low but would not come out. (Loud grinding noise) They were up front when issues were pointed out of course. First time I’ve ever come across spray painting the exhaust chrome/silver.. 😂 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I liked.
