Great customer service all around. The whole crew is easygoing, friendly, and did right by me. I made a couple phone calls, spent maybe 20 minutes signing some paperwork, and was driving a new truck. I wasn't offered to look at vehicles that I had no interest in and I was actually granted a monthly payment lower, yes, LOWER than I expected. I made an offer for what I was expecting, or willing to pay monthly when I did a finance application and they got me $2.00 over my LOWEST ask. That has never happened to me. I'm used to being hounded about this car, or that car, or maybe an SUV because other dealerships can never seem to get you in the vehicle you wanted. Then met with, "would you be willing to pay more per month? We realize that you asked for something a lot lower but this is the only deal we could work out with our bank. Well, not at Cool Cars L.L.C. I am VERY impressed and I will be back.

This was perfect. As someone who is autistic, I struggle with the overstimulation of going car shopping, and this was genuinely the best experience I have had. Everyone was very friendly, the application and service were easy and fast. :) I felt very respected as a customer and actually had a wonderful conversation with another customer about how great the shop is. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I talked to someone here yesterday about a car. My vehicle had 80 90,000 less miles on it. It was an SUV all wheel drive. I asked him if they would be interested in a straight across trade. He says oh no it's not a charger. Then I asked him why. And he goes oh we don't need to talk about it and hung up very rude. I will be sure and tell everyone I know not to buy from these people cuz they are very rude. Not a good way to make an impression on a customer that's potential buyer.
