I found a vehicle I liked on CARFAX and contacted the seller who was very responsive and willing to meet and schedule an appointment to meet my needs. I had to drive an hour from where I live but the vehicle was already staged and ready for me to look at. The price was perfect, within my budget, and competitively priced based on the other options my wife and I were looking at. I ended up doing a test drive with John, super cool guy from Ireland with a very interesting back story. He was kind enough to give me a quick tour of the docks where all the fishing vessels were stationed and gearing up to head out to Alaska. Super cool! John was very attentive and polite during the entire buying process and we were in and out within a couple hours. The vehicle (Honda HRV) is perfect for me and my teenagers to share. The oldest was super excited when I arrived home!

Jim Jahn thank you for ALL your help on getting this awesome Nissan truck. As you can see on pic that my truck is getting sun burn from the beautiful weather here In Hawaii LOL. Jim was very helpful in getting the truck to Hawaii and arranging with the delivery etc. if you decide to buy a car from Jim he is honest and Trust Worthy. What a blessing because I didn’t see the truck in person and whatever Jim described about the truck was on point.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Auto Connections Seattle! About 2 months ago, I purchased a modified 1988 Volkswagen Vanagon here. Jim and Alex were extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire purchase process and the few minor issues with the van were disclosed very early on. As an out of state buyer, I communicated with Jim and Alex over the phone for about a month prior to flying out to drive the van home. In that time, Alex helped with a video walk-around of the vehicle, even lying on the ground to show me the underside of the van on a wet Seattle morning. At my request, Jim brought the vehicle to a local shop for a pre-purchase inspection and to a second shop to have the vehicle serviced to be ready for the over 2000 mile drive home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and thanks to the effort I was able to experience a once in a lifetime road trip with my dad to bring the vehicle home! These guys really went above and beyond in order to ensure I was happy. Thanks again guys!

I was looking around on Carfax and noticed a Toyota Avalon that looked like what I was looking for . Auto Connections in Seattle helped me out . I'm from way out of town , I took a flight in , got really delayed from weather on my end . Jon waited late on a Sunday night , picked me up at the airport late. We drove back to the office , Jon and Jim bent over backwards , gave me a great deal , accommodated me way beyond what I expected ...I felt like I was visiting an old friend . On top of giving me a great deal , Jon had all the paperwork done knowing I had a long drive ahead ....I've never had a car buying experience like this ...Jim called me as I was peeling out of Seattle just to make sure everything was ok . Jon called me later that night to check on me also .. When Jon told me , I better just shut it down in Longview and start fresh in the morning...lol..I did . Great guys , great experience. Cheers ! I bought a 2006 Infiniti FX35 sight unseen over the Internet it was delivered to me and was in the condition they said that it was in the online ad. I had a couple of mechanical problems had the repairs done and they reimbursed me for a portion of the bill. Jim and his son at Auto connections Seattle we're excellent to work with, I am genuinely satisfied and recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on an automobile we're honesty and integrity are important!
