I worked with Rodney to purchase a truck. From the first handshake to the delivery of the vehicle, he was polite, beyond helpful, up front, and made me feel welcome. There were a couple things with the truck that Heritage took care of and I'm very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Rodney and the dealership.

Been looking for a specific vehicle and Rodney at heritage motor company had it ! Rodney is a very nice Guy definitely willing to help You out and get you in the right vehicle you need definitely was a. 10 out of 10 Experience. Last time I bought a used car it was a horrible experience, but this definitely made up for the bad experience we had. Go check them out !

My experience purchasing my vehicle from Heritage Auto in Virginia Beach was good overall. I got the car I wanted at a fair price, and the sales process went smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience with their service department was the complete opposite. They had my car for three days, and I was told both rear shocks would be replaced because they were ordered as a set. Instead, only one shock was replaced, while the one that was actually leaking was not. I was also told they would install new tires, but the tires were never balanced. On top of that, all of the wheel lock lug nuts were missing after the work was completed. They also took my front temporary license plate and it was returned to me. When they gave me a new battery as I was completing paperwork, they fried the logic board in my radio, and they had to take it to a specialized radio shop. They did an awesome job, and my radio now works. They also replaced the sunroof, which was not operating, and that now works correctly. But the smaller things are more concerning. They offered to provide replacement lug nuts, but after seeing the quality of the work their shop performed, I no longer trust their service department with my vehicle. My advice to anyone buying a car here is simple: if the dealership offers to repair or replace something before you take delivery, have the work inspected carefully or consider having it done elsewhere. If they can overlook basic repairs, I’d be concerned about trusting them with larger, more expensive repairs. It’s just another used car lot, it’s ran down. You get what you get. I was happy with the vehicle and the deal I received, but I cannot recommend their service department based on my experience.

We went there to buy a car, they suggested that we buy a car from Mike. We went through him and spent $4,000 on a car that broke down the very next day. The head gasket is blown and now we can’t get Mike to even answer us. It’s an obvious scam, they sell you a car privately and then ghost you when the car breaks down. Then claim ignorance since you bought the car from one of them directly. Don’t go here unless you have money to burn
