Auto Land Auto Sales

Janine was absolutely amazing! We drove all the way from Richmond. Over the phone she was so helpful and overall delightful. EVEN BETTER IN PERSON. Above and beyond. Truly loves what she does. Janine helped me find my daughter her first car for college! And IM A VERY VERY HAPPY MOM

Janine was an absolute joy to work with in purchasing our vehicle. This was a seamless process and the price listed was the actual price paid! There were no tricks or behind the scenes dealings. What an outstanding experience!

I can not say enough about my experience. At no point did I feel I was not being heard. I was treated with respect, never rushed. And the knowledgeable staff was more than I expected. I am so very delighted at the car I chose, and the dealership that I purchased it from, Janine was AMAZING!!! She got me into a car that I can afford and LOVE LOVE LOVE. She got me into the car I needed as well as really wanted. I Highly recommend this Dealership. You will NOT be disappointed.

Janine was fabulous from start to finish in the sale of my “new to me” vehicle. Thank you Auto Land!

****DID NOT PURCHASE***** We felt an instant sense of dishonesty when we showed up and the car was running. The oil looked burnt and had visible metal shavings in it. During the test drive, Janine kept a steady conversation while we tried to feel and listen to the vehicle which felt distracting. The discussion on warranty's did not feel promising or reassuring . There was not a single other person at this used dealership that day. It looked like a ghost town inside with every trash can overflowing with trash. Just did not get that this business takes any sense of pride in their business, based upon conversation and environment.
