Our experience with east coast auto sales has been nothing but outstanding. David and his team went above and beyond to make our auto purchase a pleasant experience. the vehicle we wanted was priced well but had some issues that needed to be addressed (the vehicle was priced with these issues reflected in the price). However, David and his team made sure that all discrepancies were addressed by the Dealer, I will personally rate East coast auto sales a good, honest business. I am satisfied with my purchase and would come here for any future needs.

Brought a 2013 Lexus GX 460. Looked almost like new. No rips or tears in seat. Was skeptical at first after reading the reviews but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. The only thing I didn't like was the no warranty policy. Everything is "As Is". Before purchasing I took it down the street and had it put on machine, nothing major, after purchasing had my mechanic look at it. Had to get a new radiator and valve cover gaskets. Overall good purchase. Thank you Dylan for such a smooth transaction.

We just bought a 2016 Mazda CX-3, paid cash, my husband did all the paperwork & when he went to drive it off the lot all the warning lights came on so he got the guy to come look. He hooked it up to get the codes, said it was a relay & they would fix it, said it would be ready by Monday. (It was Friday) It ended up taking a week & when I went to pick it up no lights but I had them hook it up to make sure there were no codes & they made us (my niece took me because my husband was working) wait over 1 1/2 hrs just do that!! They said there were no codes so I drove it home from Va Beach to Hayes (Gloucester) but heard a clunking sound in the front end when I was almost home so I told my husband who is a truck driver & I didn’t drive it after that. My husband came home a couple days later, he took it for a drive & heard the noise so we had it looked at & now we have to have the struts/springs, sway bar links & control arms replaced on both sides of the front end!! My husband called & said there was nothing they could do because we bought it as-is!! We love the car but to sell a vehicle that’s unsafe to drive & let an older lady drive it all that way is abhorrent!! Yes, they knew where we lived & that I was driving the car & I do believe they knew there was issues with the front end!!! They didn’t even bother to detail it while they had it a week to replace the relay!! The sales guy wasn’t even able (or willing) to negotiate when we were paying cash without calling his manager on the phone several times!! They also made my husband fill out a long application to test drive, most places just copy your DL, & only allow 20 minutes for test drives so you aren’t able to have vehicles checked!! That should of told us something but we are too trusting!!! They are the type of used car dealers that give all used dealers a bad name!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !! They are liars and from the looks of it they sell bad cars. I made an appointment with them because I was interested in a car yesterday but today i drove an hour and 30 minutes to come look and buy the car they told me they SOLD IT WEDNESDAY. So David Brewer why would tell me a bold face lie on the phone knowing I was coming today ?? Very disappointed please DO BETTER. For a little business like this y'all should be more professional if you want to make it big. Have a great day.
