The dealership was great. Great customer service, great people, and great service. Rich was really great. Gave me options I was looking for, didn’t push me at all to buy, great service overall. Definitely recommended
Went in after not quite finding what I wanted at carmax. They had the perfect car, test drove right away, they detailed it while I bought it, no hassle whatsoever! Great car buying experience! Thanks to Doug and Luke for all their help today!
Nishant was my salesman and he made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me he also made my credit situation a learning experience and counseled me along with the management team on how to improve and be optimistic. The entire drivers world staff made me forget i was even at a car dealership. It felt like a family and a team of individuals who genuinely cared. My children even asked could we come back just to get more popcorn and hot chocolate because the thought it was a "fun place".
He is an all the way round epic guy, when I first spoke with him on the phone he address me by my name without me telling him (caller ID, I liked that). When we first got there he already had the car in the front waiting for us (my husband liked that a lot) He paid attention to detail with everything, which is very awesome. Made sure we got everything we wanted in our dodge journey. He showed us around the dealership. He also paid attention to our daughter, she talked about how she liked him so much and how she wants to go fishing now. He made us feel like family even though he is family in our eyes. Navy Family For Life! We have been threw so many dealerships in the pass two weeks. So we have been treated all kinds of ways. We got a very good vibe when we walked into this dealership and i have to say its all because of MR. RANDY MILLER, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a car in 2020 from them - I know it was a while ago, but stay with me. I was fresh out of college and this was my very first car buying experience. I will admit, I have not had a state inspection on my vehicle since I bought it. I went to get a state inspection this year, and it would not pass partially due to an issue that was present when I bought the car and that the dealership was aware of. I did not know at the time of buying the car that this issue would have caused the car to not pass state inspection because I had a vehicle registered in a different state and my dad always had everything taken care of. Bottom line: This dealership sold me an unsafe vehicle and have shady sales tactics. When I test drove the vehicle, I had noticed that the blower for the AC and heat turned off and on whenever it wanted, when it was supposed to stay at a steady rate depending on how high or low you turn the dial. It didn’t have smart sensors like some cars have. It was (and still is) an issue with the blend door actuator. I mentioned it to the sales people, and they said they would include a free repair for this and put it on file. As mentioned above, I did not find this out until recently, but a vehicle with an improperly working blend door actuator does not pass state inspection in Virginia (due to the safety hazard it possesses for the front windshield defroster). This vehicle, interestingly enough, had a clean state inspection. For the month I bought it in meaning it was recent. So, they sold me a hazardous vehicle and lied for the state inspection for it to pass (because they are an inspection station). Also, I took it in about 2 months later to get it fixed because they said they’d fix it for free, and imagine my surprise when they said it wasn’t in the system to be fixed by them for free. There was something else that needed to be fixed that was in the system, but they said I came “too late” and I only had 30 days to come in and have it fixed and too much time had passed. Imagine my surprise to this as well considering no one told me this when I bought the car. Second issue is their sales tactics. They are shady. Maybe you’re supposed to do all this research on how car salesman operate so maybe this part is my fault but I was 22 years old and looking back on it, they absolutely took advantage of me. The salesperson kept going and “talking with his manager” and was giving me a monthly price that I would be good with. He never once disclosed what the APR of the loan was. Again, I was new to car buying and this was my first loan, however they should have been up front about the interest rate because it turns out that the interest rate for the loan they provided me was 8% whereas my bank had me preapproved for a 3% interest rate. CLEARLY he did not disclose the interest rate because why on earth would someone WILLINGLY CHOOSE an 8% rate over a 3% rate? They wouldn’t. These salespeople at this dealership are not up front, they are shady, and they sell used cars that are unsafe. I very highly do not recommend this dealership and unfortunately too much time has passed for me to file a lawsuit, but I just want to warn others before buying from here. And just because the vehicles they sell have a state inspection doesn’t make it safe.
