Direct Motorsport of Virginia Beach

Fantastic place, great customer service! This dealership was top notch! Mary went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I truly can say that I had a great easygoing experience and enjoyed doing business with Direct Motorsport. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Direct Motorsport makes sure you leave happy and driving.

I can’t speak higher of this group of guys. The customer service and overall experience here was outstanding. They helped me out of a situation I’d needed to get out of and put me in a car that benefit both me and my family as a unit. We struggled with some communication and terminology issues but in the end I think we all made out in the best way we could. I have to call out Mel and Chris as well as Emmanuel specifically since I had the most direct contact with these few guys. I had a ton of uplifting from this crew and will recommend this dealer to anyone who mentions needing a newer car or just a different car!

I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 because I was enduring some title issues. I recently had a difficult time receiving my title when I bought my car here, it did take a long time, 9 months to receive it. But that doesn’t take away from their customer service. They have a professional staff that handles matters with the utmost professionalism despite me giving them a hard time about my title. Stevie and Manny were really helpful when it came to making sure I qualified for a car when my credit wasn’t the best. Also Chris was kind enough to help me fix my car when I had gotten into an accident. Great guys over at Direct motor sport.

I bought a car in August 2023, I didn't get title or tags until October 2023. The car has major mechanical problems and within 90 days and nothing was offered. The car was 3 hours away and I was told to bring it back and let their mechanics check it. Well the timing went out in October and couldn't be driven back. All I got was I'm sorry. No warranty, so I'm just out $4000 I kept reaching out and was told we'll get back to you and I haven't heard from anyone. quick sales are not always good business decisions. I learned that the hard way
