They answered all of our questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made us feel pressured. We got a great deal on a used 2011 Toyota Sienna, and we're very happy with our purchase. From the website where I first spotted my vehicle to the purchase of it two days later, I cannot say enough good things about Omar and Robina. No pressure, VERY accommodating, and very pleasant people. I was able to test drive and examine the vehicle with no pressure, all my questions were answered in a conversational manner, and when I purchased the vehicle Robina made a packet of necessary documents that had me out of the DMV in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Supreme for your used vehicle needs!

I bought a 2017 car from this dealership. They told me that the car was in excellent condition, no problems, etc etc. They had cleared all the codes on the vehicle and completely misrepresented what we were buying. At the end of the day it was fraud and we were scammed out of a ton of money. Two weeks after purchasing we found out they had installed a junkyard transmission and the car was a couple miles away from catching on fire. (Exact words from our mechanics mouth.) It also has radiator problems and other issues. We called the dealership to let them know what happened and ask for a refund. I wanted to fix the situation between us rather than having to go to court, but that’s not the reality. They passed me along from person to person and wouldn’t let me talk to the manager for weeks. I have never been spoken down to or lied to this bad by any company in my life. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience. I have been without a car for a month and have no way to work because of these scammers. I’m begging you to buy a car literally anywhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I first purchased my 2020 Kia Telluride, I left a positive review because the staff seemed great to work with, and I was excited about my vehicle. Looking back, I wish I had waited before posting that review. Just three days after purchasing the vehicle, I had to spend $1,800 on repairs due to an oil leak. Since then, I have continued to experience one problem after another. Most recently, I found out the vehicle is burning oil because of piston-related issues. I was informed that there is essentially no practical fix for the problem. I contacted the dealership to see if they would work with me on trading the vehicle for something else, given the ongoing issues, but they refused. I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle since I bought it, and I genuinely feel like I was sold a lemon. What makes this even more frustrating is that the dealership strongly encouraged me to post a 5-star review the day I purchased the vehicle. At the time, I was happy with the buying process, but the condition of the vehicle and the lack of support afterward have completely changed my opinion. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
