Got a car from Berglund last May. I was down on my luck. Needed a car got tired asking friends. And they take you when they ready. I went on a bus and left in a car. I've had some minor problems, like serpentine belt and pulley. Had get new spark plugs and starter with in the year I've had the car. But they helped me when I needed a car most. I would recommend them.

never get a car from these crooks. there is a lady in the back office that will demand payments and threaten you will a law suit when you are only one payment behind. she refused to switch my due date so my payments will be on time. when I first got my Nissan Samuel said I could not make one monthly payment but a every 2 weeks payment. that's how they make their money but telling customers pay every 2 weeks than the interest kicks them in the butt. also I only had my Nissan for 2 days than the check engine light came on. they offered to fix the problem but needed my car in their shop, it took 3 days than my warranty ran out. to future customers never ever get a car from Berglund credit line you do better going to shelor motor mile or to a small car dealer in town. the car dealer located beside Berglund is better than them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and state attorney general.

Bought a car from them last summer. I currently moved to Florida about 7 months ago. I’ve been trying to get the copy of my title for the past 4 months in order to get my new Florida tags. They’ve been giving me the run around for awhile now. Don’t move from Virginia or out of state you’ll never get any documents you’ll need from them. You’ll just end up with a ticket for expired tags and no empathy from them. Worst company ever! So disappointed. Every time I call I get rude responses and seem to get no help. I never do google reviews but this was needed. Also when I bought my car last year I had an issue with the transmission and they claim they couldn’t fix it. It hadn’t even been 2 weeks since I had gotten the car. This place is a scam.
