It was my first time purchasing from Ride Today and the experience was great. Brandon was very personable and laid back the trade in process was smooth and he was patient working with me having to leave and come back and patient with my children running around the office. the trade in offer was fair and the paperwork process was quick and easy. Brandon checked in a few days after the purchase and even helped out with an issue that occurred after the vehicle was purchased. They claim they have a 90 day and/or 3000 mile warranty (They wont honor it), friend bought a Fiat from them. The driver's door latch failed. This make the car UNUSEABLE since the door wont stay closed and it's a giant safety hazard (also wont pass inspection). We noticed the latch was totally rigged to get it pass the sale and possible the inspection. Check everything with a fine tooth comb - Crooks, Makes' you wonder how this vehicle passed the VA state inspection with a broken driver side door latch!

They are crooks! Went with bank approval and was told that in order to get a loan we HAD to apply through the dealership. They wanted to get a processing fee of nearly $1000. Denied loan because we already have an approval on record. Thieves. Liars. Crooks.
