Had a positive experience buying from affordable auto sales. Tim was a great salesman that did not pressure me into buying a vehicle and helped me through the entire buying experience. I ended up test driving a truck which they graciously stayed past store hours to let me do. I came back to get a value of my trade in which Tim was able to give me above trade in value for my car. I purchased the truck after checking it over a final time and we ended up coming to a deal for me to purchase it including my trade in. Great dealer and friendly staff that seem to be honest about what they are selling, no hidden fees or "packages". Would recommend purchasing from.

Bought a Chevy Tahoe which the salesman was quick to say there was nothing wrong with it and was in perfect shape. I will say the test drive didn't indicate any issues granted we never went over 35-40 mph. And only went about 2.5 miles. Decided to purchase but noticed on the way home (I live almost an hour away) that around 60 mph there was this humming slight vibration noise coming from front driver side. That same week take it to the shop I find out from the mechanic who was surprised I made it from Roanoke that the wheel hub assembly needs replaced on top of that it needs a gasket and is leaking oil. So a couple weeks and $900 later it's back in the shop with a rear main seal leaking oil, check engine light on, oil pressure gauge reading hardly any pressure (even after checking oil level and adding a quart). The bill for that fix is $1400 and with all these issues the warranty that came with the vehicle apparently doesn't cover ANY of the issues that we were having. However after a headache and numerous talks with the dealership and warranty office they did agree to cover most of the $1400 bill. Giving three stars because dealer lied about condition of car and it has been nothing but problems. Car has only been driven about 5 times. 2 of which was taking it to the mechanic. Dealership needs to do a better job at having car thoroughly inspect and fixing major issues instead of trying to make a quick buck. There may not be a lemon law on as is dealerships. However there is a law against selling vehicles that are not safe to drive.

If there was a 0 option, I would go with that. Check engine light came on within a few days of driving the piece of garbage. Owner advised me to use my warranty with ASC. This warranty company was RUDE to me and REFUSED to help me because the car was already in poor condition when I purchased it. This is what I get for asking for a RELIABLE car so I can work and take care of patients. 6,500 down the drain!!!!!
