Naff Auto Sales

My family and I have been buying cars from Naff Auto Sales for many years. I have never felt like I received any less than the absolute best deal. They are honest, knowledgeable, and committed to great customer service, even after the sale has been finalized. I would not hesitate in recommending Naff Auto Sales to any potential car buyer.

My experience with Naff Auto Sales in Roanoke, VA has epitomized friendly customer service and reliable pre-owned vehicles. I have purchased seven vehicles from Mr. Naff over a period of almost 15 years. More importantly, many of these vehicles were shared by my college age children and all with the exception of 1 vehicle is still road worthy. (It was totaled by someone traveling too fast in the neighborhood.) I have recommended Naff Auto Sales to friends and some of them have enjoyed the same purchasing experience. With that said, I put my stamp and seal of approval on this business. Great Integrity!

Found a very unique used car through this dealer. Bought my car unseen and out of state. The staff was extremely helpful and honest. They made the whole process easy! Great used car dealer to work with.

I have known the Naffs for over 30 years, including their friendly beagle Browning. I have bought more than 20 cars in that period of time and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I just recently purchased an Acura RSX and am really enjoying the car. They are a family dealership with a high level of values and integrity.

We bought a car that we thought was a great deal...We needed a bigger car for our growing family. We ended up putting more into the vehicle than it was worth. Two stars because they thought we weren’t going to pay them after we made a comment in the office about how much money we had to put into it so they sold our account to Mid Atlantic and actually helped our credit.
