3815 Melrose Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24017What do customers say about J & J Autoville Inc?
Have bought 2 work vans from here and was a very smooth experience. Don seems forthright and doesn't waste your time. I've test driven vehicles at other used dealerships and you just don't know if you can trust them. Well, after having bought two from Don, I feel confident that I can purchase more when the opportunity comes up without concern
Came in to check out a car we found online and left within the hour in our new used Tahoe. Don did an incredible job, super kind, super helpful, and extremely fast process. Will definitely be recommending others to check out J&J and will come back when we need another vehicle. Thank you Don! God Bless.
Great experience again Don helped me with a good deal on a car with no processing fees. I hate how other dealers tack on fees at the end of the sale
My cousin bault a car from them, few days later it broke down. The owner towed it back to his shop and fixed her car. He is honest and understanding and fair
I had a wonderful experience buying my first car here. Don was very upfront about any known issues with the cars I was interested in and provided printed copies of the Carfax—so helpful! He was happy to let me take the car I was considering purchasing to my mechanic (shoutout to Wayne's Imported!) and responsive to concerns I had based on that evaluation. He made the whole process pleasant and I feel confident I got a fair price on car that I absolutely love!
