This Enterprise Car Sales location in Roanoke was amazing! Completely fantastic customer service. My wife and I have bought two 2024 model vehicles in less than 1 year at this location. Emilia was our sales rep for both vehicles and she was absolutely fantastic, helpful and very knowledgeable. Dalton and John were also amazing with making sure everything was right on point as well. We appreciated all of them.

This is definitely the location I recommend! Dillon was amazing. Very polite made me feel at ease when I was stressing. He took very good care of me. Helped me to stay with in my budget. This is my second time buying from Enterprise in the last probably 6 years. I bought my first ever car from Enterprise and paid it off and decided to keep it and I knew that Enterprise was the only place I would go to purchase my next vehicle. My salesman, Patrick, was amazing. He was extremely transparent and knowledgeable about every part of the sales process, even though I was a little indecisive at first. During the test drive of two different vehicles, it just felt like I had a friend in the back seat (my partner was with me and sat up front). I left the lot feeling great about my decision and would recommend Enterprise in Roanoke to anyone I know!

I really enjoyed going and test driving a vehicle at Enterprise your sales people was very courteous and very caring and I would recommend everybody to go to Enterprise these people they care they take their time and explain everything that you don't understand and I thank them from the bottom of my heart thank you Enterprise

I have bought 3 cars from Enterprise. I have always been pleased until this third purchase. My reason for going to Enterprise is the no haggling on the price and knowing the car received excellent maintenance as a rental. My latest car smelled faintly of smoke when we test drove it. No problem they said, we can take care of that by the time you pick it up. Well, 2 days post purchase it reeked like an ash tray, they treated it again. Clearly this was not a traditional rental because rental aren’t smoked in. This wasn’t a matter a a few cigarettes: the car had been heavily smoked in. It was sickening. I took it the be detailed so everything would be wiped down. It was also treated overnight. That made it endurable. I am very disappointed that Enterprise would sell a car in this condition. I am buying another car in about 12 months and now will be reconsidering going back to Enterprise which I would have done prior to this situation. Several months later it still stinks. Fortunately any time I want to leave it 24 hours, the detailer will run it through the machine used to remove smells. The only reason I didn’t rate lower is the previous 2 good experiences.
