I'm proud to now be running the lot and continuing the values my father and grandfather built this business on. ****BEWARE**** This was one of the worst decisions I have made in life to date. My husband and I spoke with Mr.Jeff and let him know about our situation, he appeared to be very empathetic. Well we got the car and within the 1st 2 weeks we had to replace tires (2). We only had the care for about 5 months before it was repossessed. Within that time frame we had to get 3 alternators because we didn’t know what was wrong the car just would not keep charge, the battery was changed and it still wouldn’t hold power. We had to buy an auto jumper to keep in car. The car died and we couldn’t get it started again. While the car was at a shop, Jeff took it upon himself to take the vehicle stating he had been trying to contact us. Initially I was trying to get the car fixed before paying however once he took the car I decided it wasn’t worth it. I had been paying for Ubers to get around because the car was always dying. Jeff let me come get my items out the car which had gotten wet on the inside due to the windows not being able to go up and bugs inside car. The last and final straw was when Jeff decided to say that we didn’t pay our car note but he didn’t mention that the car was inoperable for majority of the time it was in my possession. I felt he was speaking negatively about our character. I sincerely hope him the best with these tactics.
