I had a great experience buying my truck from East End Auto Sales. Rick was my salesperson and Freddie also helped throughout the process... both were outstanding to work with. What really stood out was the customer service both during and after the sale. They were honest, responsive, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a used vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but they made the entire experience easy and straightforward. Even after I drove off the lot, they continued to answer questions and help whenever needed, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. The truck has been great, and I’d absolutely recommend East End Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good vehicle and people who genuinely care about customer service. I had an excellent experience with my salesman Michael. I came into the dealership knowing the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and Michael had a no pressure sale approach I really liked. He also recommended I finance through Langley Credit Union which gave me an amazing interest rate which saved me thousands of dollars in interest on my loan. East End is a quality dealership.

I wanted to wait before I left the review. I went to buy a car from East End Auto Sales at first I purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey van I did not like it. It was the first time I drove a minivan. I went back I did not ask for my money back but I told them I wanted a different car. Not only did they let me purchase a separate vehicle that was more. The owner made it the same price as mini van which therefore I did not have to pay more. The process was so easy they did all the paperwork for DMV. The process was very easy and fast I would definitely recommend East and Auto Sales. I am leaving the mechanic and the truck seems to be in good working order and no issues. hopefully it stays that way.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse from East End Auto in March 2025, and it has been a financial nightmare ever since. Within just a few months of ownership, the engine failed completely. I was then required to contribute toward the cost of replacing the engine despite such a major failure occurring shortly after purchase. Since then, I’ve also had to replace the water pump, deal with multiple repair issues, and repair the air conditioning system. As of June 15, 2026, the AC has failed again and I’m now facing another repair estimated at approximately $900. Over the past year, I have spent thousands of dollars trying to keep this vehicle operational while continuing to make payments. I documented the repairs and reached out to East End Auto in writing, hoping to find a reasonable solution, whether through a trade-in, vehicle swap, or some other assistance. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that during this same period I experienced significant life hardships. I went through a divorce, experienced homelessness while trying to secure housing for myself and my five children, and had to wait for stable full-time employment. As a result, I fell behind on my account. However, I continued making payments whenever possible while also paying for major repairs on a vehicle that was constantly breaking down. Today, after investing substantial money into repairs and doing my best to stay current, I was informed that my account is approximately $1,400 behind and that the vehicle is being considered for repossession. Hearing that after everything I’ve already spent on repairs and maintenance feels like a slap in the face. I understand that used vehicles can have problems. What I don’t understand is how a vehicle can suffer an engine failure within months of purchase, require repeated repairs afterward, and still leave the customer carrying nearly all of the financial burden. My experience with East End Auto has been disappointing and exhausting. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic, review every financing term carefully, and be prepared for the possibility of expensive repairs even shortly after purchase. I trusted this dealership to provide reliable transportation for my family. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Very disappointing experience with East End Auto Sales. I didn’t even end up buying a car because the prices were extremely high compared to what the vehicles were worth. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. The staff had a bad attitude and made the experience uncomfortable instead of helpful. When customers are spending thousands of dollars, they deserve respect and honest communication. I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated. I don't get it how you selling nissian Altima 2017 SV for 232k miles for 7k cash this is insane!!!!! Bad business ripping off !
