This place turned my horrible experience with buying cars and turned it around. Everyone is so nice, willing to give amazing advice. Most importantly the car they sold me is in amazing condition. They sent it out for inspection while I was doing the paperwork, didn’t hesitate to fix 2 tires that needed to be replaced. I went to my own personal choice of mechanic and it also checked out amazingly. I definitely recommend this place for young people, I’m newly 18 and wanted to build my credit. I needed to find a place that wouldn’t take advantage of that like the last place did for my first car and John and Chiquita did that without hesitation. Made me feel like family as soon as I walked through the door. COME HERE INSTEAD OF EAST END AUTO PLEASE🙏.

My son and I were helped by Chiquitta. First, her phone etiquette and personable character were impressive. She immediately asked the correct questions and provided an invitation to stop by. When I arrived the vehicle that I ultimately purchased same day in record speed was already pulled up front. She is very knowledgeable and if the answer wasn’t known she would obtain it. I also noticed a vehicle that would have been perfect for my son. She ultimately picked me up in it to confirm the drive and worked with my son’s financial situation to ultimately close the deal for him the next day. Although I am a repeat customer of City to City, this was the first with Chiquitta and she is SUPERB! I must give a shout out to John Smith as being one of the best Closers in dealership history lol. Omg where do I start!! Mr Elmo Lewis was so helpful with helping and navigating me a new car. I was so anxious and stressed coming into city to city but leaving out was a dream. My brand new suv is big, beautiful and has all the newest features. I didn’t think I was leaving out of here with anything like that.
