Eli was very attentive and has great communication! He was not pushy and was extremely easy to work with. He also has a very fun personality, ask for him! Anthony was also great and worked with us to get a price we were comfortable with. Everyone had great attitudes and weren't with bs! Overall the process was smooth and the vibes were amazing. Five Stars!! I flew in from out of state and Anthony offered to pick me up from the airport. Also got me a cup of coffee on the way to pick up the truck. There was an issue with the sun roof that was supposed to be fixed before I arrived. Their repaired shop couldn’t fix it on time so Grid Auto sales refunded me my shops repair rate from my deposite. Overall great experience. Ask for Anothony when you call. He sent videos of the interior and underside of the vehicle. Thanks guys!

After losing my other van in an accident that wasn’t my fault, I was pretty down on my luck. Went to carmax, they made me feel even worse. I’m a single mom, good credit, cash in hand and places were making me feel discouraged, left and right. I was scrolling Facebook market place and came across THIS beauty! Already cautious I was excited yet reluctant to talk to another car sales man. Until I met Dante at grid auto sales. His nice demeanor and caring way with words really made me hopeful that maybe I finally found something in my price range and have the reliability I was looking for, for me and my children. I drove it around, everything was great, I even pointed out a few small cosmetic problems and Dante fixed them promptly even after I bought it. I didn’t have to deal with DMV they took care of it for me and gave me a call when it was ready. I’ve been driving my new (to me) van for a weeks now and love it more and more everyday. It’s been reliable and smooth, unlike my last van I purchased (not from grid auto) that I had to immediately put money into it a week after I got it. So this has been very refreshing to deal with people that actually care and sell honestly and with integrity. When I’m in the market again, I will definitely be returning. Grid Auto Sales and in particular, Eli Boyles treated me with respect and answered all my questions. This was a special situation where another customer had got to the truck I wanted first, so I had to wait patiently until that buyer backed out of the deal they had made. Again, a stand up group to work with while they honored the previous deal until that buyer backed out. Eli kept me informed of any changes, and the office staff emailed me as soon as it became available, and two hours later we were filling out my paperwork. We had an awesome experience at Grid Auto, when buying a used truck for my husband recently. Ask for Anthony, he was fantastic and not pushy! He wanted to find us the right truck — not just sell us a truck. Dante and Cody were both pivotal in helping us make our final decision. They even sent someone to our home the next day to repair a few dents and offered to install the new step bars my husband had purchased for the truck. Great experience all around!
