I posted a review back in Dec. my review has changed. I purchased my truck back in December and for it haven’t been a year yet I’m already having to come out of pocket. My ac doesn’t work, let’s not get on my brakes I need a brake spacer. Then I already need a head gasket. This car has been giving me hell a month after having it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR CARS ! I’m already in the process of buying a new car and trading this one in. It’s not worth a $500 car note at all. Go elsewhere for a vehicle. I had folks go to G & H auto and been happy with their buy here pay here car. Auto connection isn’t good. They will use parts from the cars on the lot to fix your car. That’s what it’s giving. I’ll be glad when I get rid of this damn suv. Just go to a REAL dealership for a car. These people are scammers

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Auto Connection. I’ve had my car for less than two years and already had to replace the engine TWICE. Now I’m being told I need a THIRD engine replacement that will cost another $2,000 — with barely any explanation or accountability from the dealership or service department. Meanwhile, I’m paying almost $600 a month for a 10-year-old vehicle. The entire situation feels extremely unfair and financially draining. Customer service has also been incredibly disappointing. Communication is poor, calls are rarely returned, and getting clear answers about what’s actually wrong with the vehicle has been nearly impossible. Every time I’ve dealt with the service department, I’ve been met with rude attitudes, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of empathy or urgency. On top of that, the payment practices feel predatory. If you fall behind, they disable the vehicle, yet they continue selling unreliable cars at extremely high monthly payments. I understand cars can have issues, but needing three engines in under two years while paying this much money is unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership based on my experience.
