North End Motors

Great dealership! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything, no hidden fees, no games. The vehicle. Highly recommend these guys.

Great experience at North End Motors. The staff was helpful, honest, and made the entire process smooth. Vehicles are priced fairly and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

The cars are not in good condition. I was drove around to several random lots with a couple cars in each. I was told incorrect info about every car i viewed. And the car i bought stopped starting after two days and he dragged me out for another three acting like he was having a mechanic come take a look. If you know exactly what to look for when buying a car sure, but if you dont know a lot then stay away hes a liar with a friendly smile.

This review is not about the location, but the owners: The cars they are offering at this point are not up to snuff. I looked at five vehicles at this location and all of them are lemons. They are trying to liquidate their products but they are not being honest about what is left on that lot. Thankfully I had somebody with me who knew more about vehicles than I do. I'm no slouch but I am no professional. Almost everything that is worth anything. It's something that you were going to put thousands of dollars in to make sure it stays operational. Be careful. They are moving to a new location and they do not care what reviews this location receives.

Not very trustworthy—I felt gaslit in a way during my interaction with the owners . I came to see a 2017 Chevrolet Trax, had my mechanic check it out and he informed due to the amount of shaking he seen under the hood and lack of acceleration I reported to him, it was either bad spark plugs or a trans. The dealership replaced the spark plugs but it still was not accelerating at an acceptable speed when the gas was pressed all the way down to the floor. They tried to convince me the horrible sound and failure to accelerate was normal because it was a “smaller engine”. They hide behind a smile, very sneaky seemed like they would say anything to get a sale. Turns out it was the transmission.
