We had a great experience in buying our 2010 honda civic from James river auto sales. Christian and the team are all friendly,helpful,and honest. There were a few minor issues with the car that they offered to take care of at no cost,even. The process was so smooth and easy,with no back and forth games that most dealerships employ. Honest prices, and upfront presentation of the vehicle history. I definitely recommend.

Upfront, honest, patient, and incredibly responsive through the entire process. I had a LOT of questions and phone calls (do I dare say new best friend?), and he answered every single one without ever making us feel like a burden. He made sure my son got the first car he truly wanted, and the entire buying process was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I’ve had so far. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend asking for Christian if you’re looking for a vehicle!

We bought our son a very nice Mazda from this shop for Christmas as a surprise for him to have his very first car. The car was in pristine condition andthey made sure everything was clean and polished. I will admit that there was an issue with the car starting shortly after our purchase however they were eager to get the problem fixed. The car has been running great since then and we really appreciate finally finding a real dealer who actually wants to provide an excellent vehicle. Thank you!
