I rented a Budget truck for a cross-state move. Unexpected circumstances delayed my move-in date and I was forced to extend my rental. Instead of using the opportunity to tack on additional fines and fees, Bobby helped me extend at a very low cost and even gave me a discount! He made my move much easier and was a sunbeam in a stressful situation. 10/10

I rented a Budget truck from this location about a week before to move my daughter. Arrived at 8:30AM to pick up the truck and the location was closed. I made two calls to the local number and was forwarded to Budget. They tried to contact the owner and requested that I wait a little while longer. Waited almost 2 hours before making other arrangements and left without anyone from the business showing up. Received another call rom Budget that they finally spoke to the owner and he acknowledged that he didn't even have a truck to fit my needs. There was plenty of time to notify me beforehand and I could have made other arrangements for a truck. Bad and rude business practice.
