I am so disappointed working with Mark Shebelski, General Manager at Casey Toyota. In October 2025, I spoke with him about a donation to Williamsburg Hospice House. I gave him the information he needed and he told me he would move this information forward to Casey Group. I have called or Emailed every week until January asking for any answer. Not once did he return any of those communications. He just disrespected me and the event at Colonial Heritage for Hospice House. I bought my car in 2024 from Casey Toyota and take it there for maintenance. I know now, if the car has a problem, this will be the way I will be treated. All I wanted was a yes or no answer, but to be completely ignored for trying to help our community by seeking a donation. Don't worry I have told others in my community how disrespectfully you treat your customers. Cindy
