Jonathan was absolutely splendid, he answered the front door for me. He was incredibly polite, he guided me to where I needed to go. This is what I love to see in customer service.

Had my car shut off because of an "error" they made. A lot of reviews claim they always have problems like that, and I had to experience it. Granted they did reimburse me with a free month. Alright loan I guess, just be ready to deal with stuff.

This inefficiency makes me question the reliability of the company. Additionally, it raises concerns about security since customers have to call or email to receive documentation of payments to obtain receipts. Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in Auto Credit of Virginia, and I would caution others to think twice before engaging with them. If you value transparency and convenience, you might want to consider alternatives that prioritize customer needs. This is not the place to go.

Today someone pulled my credit without my consent and tried to state that because I have a loan through them they can pull whenever they feel. I’ve had cars through MIKE DUKMAN AND OTHER BIG CAR DEALERSHIPS. My credit was never pulled AT ANY TIME after doing the actual loan process. And I will be taking action. These companies show no respect to their customers and this company has been the worse one YET

My car is paid off and still no tile I am bout to take out a lawsuit on them for this and the worst car company ever please stay away I am one more call then it lawyer up for them.
