i bought a car here about a year ago and since then have had no problems with it at all. My overall experience was absolutely amazing the guy was so nice and joked with us but kept very strong professionalism the entire time!! he also took this picture of me in my new car which i thought was very nice. 10/10 experience would buy another car here!!
I brought my car to Prim Auto for services and was extremely impressed. They were honest about what was needed, finished the work on time. One of the best auto service experiences I've had.
I can’t even describe how good of an experience I had here. Recently, my car was totaled because of an accident and I’ve been on the hunt for a new affordable option (I’m young and purchasing a car myself so it HAD to be pocket-friendly). As I was looking over the website, I saw a cute blue Hyundai that was slightly out of my price range. However, I decided to still go check it out. I told John my price range, and our conversation went like this: “I have ____$ to spend, is there anyway we could possibly negotiate a 400$ drop in price?” John: “How old are you?” Me: “16.” John: “I can’t do that… I can reduce it by 500 though.” Not only was he nice enough to negotiate a price that worked for me, but he also took into account how difficult it is to buy a car as a teenager these days. I put down a deposit the same day, and 24 hours later I was driving out of the lot with my new car. Along with being incredibly polite, it made worlds of difference not needing to go to the DMV for registration, plates, etc. Overall, my experience at Prim Auto was very pleasant and gave me the ability to feel confident with my purchase. Thank you so much John!
I got a jeep from him with tire light on won't go off I now have to pay for a new sensor because he's unwilling to fix the issue or refund any amount due to this issues as well as the back tailgate door not locking so also now have to pay to have that fixed as well so not recommended buying from this dealership!
This guy sells nothing but junk. My wife just bought a car off him an she’s had nothing but trouble with it. I suggest EVERYONE NOT TO BUY OFF HIM
