My husband and I are long overdue to post this 5 star review. We have had many Audi’s over the course of years. Owner Arlo is the best!!!! Arlo is very honest and has great expertise. Arlo treats all customers with respect and professionalism. We will always be loyal customers. He has performed many high end repairs and technicians are outstanding! Thank You!!!

I wasn’t sure who could work on this 63’ Mini and was referred by Sterling to Arlo at Import Car Center so I have it a shot. I just needed come basic things done and was really impressed with Arlo’s knowledge and extra things he found and was able to fix for me. I had a great experience although I do feel the business operations and communications to the customers could definitely improve. I would highly recommend Arlo to anyone with a classic car such as mine.

Arlo and his team are automobile artists with a passion for unique cars. Their kind of mechanical talents for working on and troubleshooting older cars is becoming harder and harder to find. Highly recommend!

Probably the worst auto shop I have ever had to deal with. I took my Mini Cooper into their shop for an engine issue and they charged us $1400 dollars to fix the issue and kept my car for over two weeks and within 2 days after the issue was back and was never fixed so we took it back and complained and were treated like idiots and they charged us again to fix the same issue that it had before. Then the suspension of the car gave out a few weeks later so we got charged another $2000 to fix that and decided to sell the car. We sold it to a close family friend and within 2 weeks of us selling it the engine over heated and completely broke down from the issue we asked them to fix the first two times.This auto shop is just trying to get any nickel and dime they can get. Please take your vehicle to a different shop for a second opinion before giving any money to these guys.
