Handy's Downtown

I went up to visit my son on mother's day weekend and ended up between a rock and a hard spot with my 07 tacoma becoming unsafe to drive. We randomly ended up at Handy Downtown with my eye on two trucks. Thanks to Zachs patience, understanding and willingness to help I left in a 2019 tacoma and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I had an excellent experience across all of the Handy’s locations, and I especially want to recognize Chris Carey at Handy’s Downtown. Chris was clearly very busy and helping multiple people at once, but he still did an outstanding job making sure we were taken care of. I was extremely impressed by how he handled everything while still keeping our Bronco Sport at the forefront, getting it ready and filled with gas so we could test drive it. The process was long, but in the end it was absolutely worth it. We walked away with a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport that was the right fit for us and our family. What stood out most was that the staff was not pushy like some other places nearby. They gave us the time and space to make the best decision for ourselves. I would definitely recommend Chris Carey and all of the Handy’s locations to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great staff, great experience, and we are very happy with the outcome.

We stopped by to check out a used vehicle on Handy's used car lot. Salesperson, Leon Landro, was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. He was friendly and professional at all times. It was a pleasure doing business with him and we ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in.
