Auto Source Direct

I see that this business has replied telling people who have left bad reviews that they “must have the wrong place”. Let me assure you, that is not the case. I purchased a car at Auto Source Direct in Colchester, and within the month, said car was experiencing severe mechanical issues. So, I brought the car back to them to be fixed (spoiler alert, they didn’t actually fix anything, but they did lie and tell me they did.) They ended up repoing the car (after my hefty down payment and a few monthly ones as well) because I wasn’t able to continue paying them for a NEWLY purchased inoperable vehicle while also having to dump thousands of dollars into fixing it. 10/10 highly DO NOT recommend.

This scammer took 4000$ from one of our employees for a car that we never received. We have heard every excuse in the book: “the windshield is cracked, I’ll fix it tomorrow,” we need to put in a new fuse, we received the wrong size fuse, my mechanic has cancer, and the excuses keep going on for weeks. At this point, there is no money returned and no car . These scumbags robbed our employee. We were simply trying to get a vehicle for our warehouse, and now we are out 4000$ and these scam bags simple ignore all our calls We have documented everything, and we will continue pursuing this through the proper legal channels. I will make sure these scam bags are held accountable so they won’t do this to anyone else bunch of garbage this place is going to get shut down

Purchased first of March 2025. Five months later, there’s still NO LICENSE PLATE! It sits in the driveway. 100% useless. Do NOT buy from this place. Now I need to pay for an attorney for the next step.

Stay away!!! Bunch of liars each and every one of them took money on a car that I wanted said it was going to be ready by tomorrow been over 4 weeks now and they are refusing to give me my money back

Purchased a vehicle from Con man Jeff devoid on 1/10/26 pushed and rushed thru the whole process he was very sneaky throwing the "paperwork" in the glovebox of the vehicle...trailered 3.5hrs away 7 hours all together with my 6yr old son to be told we couldn't put the vehicle on the road that Monday morning because of no title....so contact Jeff and have it overnighted yeah okay....sends a bogus fedex shipping label thru txt...try and track that number cant be found hmmm so here it is wed night and no contact or replies from Jeff or anyone and no title not to mention we were never disclosed that it was a salvage/rebuilt so now I have wasted time and money on a lawn ornament I can do nothing with until i have the title..my next step is legal action..p.s Jeff devoid does not work for autosource direct he just flips cars out of their buisness and acts like an employee and if you search his name you will see all the fraudulent stuff he has done and been convicted of...isn't that right jeff. EVERYONE ELSE STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY JEFF DEVOID. If you dont want headaches.
