They were great, Gee helped me find a car within my budget and within the miles I wanted. They also made it easy for me to find an insurance company that would help me insure my car the same day.

Bought a vehicle yesterday and now it's not going up hill,called the dealership and they are no help! I'm going to report them to the MVD and file paperwork with courts because this is seriously ridiculous. I do understand buy as is but come on,no help or even a hey yeah bring it in and we can have the mechanic take a look. I will never recommend anyone their lemon dealership!!!

Vectra do better please!!! Hey neighbors. I kind of need help. I bought a car at Vectra Auto Sales on Friday the 22nd. It is a very pretty 2014 Nissan Pathfinder with 132,000 miles. (I was literally over the moon, so excited about it. I called everyone I knew "guess what!? I finally got a new car!") I drove it up to Park City once before I heard a weird grinding noise coming back down the Canyon. This was 3 days after I purchased it. I paid $7,000 for the car even tho it was only worth $6,000 (according to the bank) and plus all the taxes and fees it was almost $10,000 total. First the mechanic said it was leaking from the drive shaft. I don't want to deal with a broken vehicle so I called Vectra that day wanting to give it back. I called them multiple times over 3 days, and they only got back to me Thursday, telling me too bad, I signed the papers. I signed the papers for a working car! Not one that I needed to put over a thousand into! Well it turns out, once my mechanic got under it, he said it's the transmission. There's new silicone in there which looks like someone has been inside it fairly recently. I called Vectra back, begging them to help me. And they didn't care...! I've been sick with anxiety for nearly two weeks. With no car to drive. And no way to get it fixed! I called around and the tranny has a $3,000 to $9,000 cost to fix or replace!!! I dont know what to do! I feel like I've been swindled! I don't have $20,000 to fix a $6,000 dollar vehicle! I've legit been building my credit and saving money to be able to get a newer car since 2020 ruined my credit. I've just barely paid off all my loans and credit cards. And now I'm upside-down in a car that I drove ONCE. Can *anyone* help me? Does anyone know any lawyers? Or the law regarding this?? Do you happen to have a Nissan Transmission I could buy off you?? Sorry this is so long. But, I'm hoping my neighbors have more insight than I do. Please dont be mean, I asked on reddit and just got torn apart for not knowing Nissan has tranny issues. (I don't know what I don't know, I'm sorry) And also. Don't buy a car through Vectra Auto Sales!! Edit: I had my mechanic look at it, he hooked his scanner up to it two weeks before I bought it, no codes, and he crawled under to check about rust. This is more than I've ever done before buying a car. I didn't really realize I could get the full thing inspected. However. My mechanic said that even if he'd checked every point of the vehicle. If something *inside* the tranny is broken, no one would have ever seen it.

Do NOT buy from them. It’s been over 2 months and no title, and no responses. Car became a nightmare after i bought it, finding pieces of soda can in the engine, messed up catalytic converters, tons of engine codes, and car stopped running a few times while driving on the freeway. They also agreed to do repairs on the vehicle if i buy it but lied about that too. They will also say they will give you a warranty when you buy the car but thats fake too.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! DISHONEST - We purchased a 2016 Van for 10K. WAY OVER PRICED. Asked for a refund of the warranty and NEVER GOT THE FULL AMOUNT REFUNDED! IT IS UTAH LAW TO REFUND A WARRANTY! Just got the run around and excuses for 1 YEAR! NOW WILL HAVE TO SUE!!!!! Drove off the lot and the A/C didnt work, No tire jack, No spare, One FOB. Went back was promised the jack and tire & NEVER GOT IT. ALSO had to pay for engine leak, transmission cooler lines leak, tranny flush, back seat headrest doesn't work. Actuator on door broke as well! BOUGHT A LEMON!
