Went looking for a used car and went too about 15 other dealers before stumbling upon prime. They were very personable and their financing program is by far the best, I've seen. No credit check, half down and reasonable monthly payments.. thanks I love my new used car

We had such an easy and outgoing experience with Prime Auto in comparison with other dealerships. They work very well with ensuring their customers are satisfied and walk away with more than what they thought they could have. I am beyond grateful to have ran into Prime Auto. They deserve nothing but more customers yet to come! Highly, HIGHLY recommended

My sister and I had bought a car from this place. Car was under her name. We were in need of a car to obviously get to work and help out my family. Payment plans were terrible. Customer service was terrible. After we had taken the car off the lot. Two days later it wouldn't start. I took it to a mechanic and they had told me that this place had sold me the completely wrong battery for my car. I replaced it. Car continuously kept having other mechanical issues afterwards apart from the bad battery they sold inside the car. This place offered to fix it for free. Once they had my car, they started charging crazy prices for something they said they'd do. Now, they have put my car back on the lot WITH THE NEW BATTERY THAT I BOUGHT WHEN THEY HAD THE WRONG BATTERY FOR THAT CAR TO BEGIN WITH. I do not recommend place at all. Terrible in every aspect. They will rob anyone in these difficult times. * edit after they replied. They claim it was because I didn’t make payments. I remember giving them a payments. The only reason we stopped making payments was because the car kept bringing up issues. They offered to fix and like I said took it and put back on the lot. Now claiming they don’t put cars back on the lot with issues and because I didn’t make payments? I’m not paying for a car that has a ton of issues within 2 weeks of taking it off the lot! They replied saying “We’ll try better with the batteries 🤷🏽‍♂️” Seems like they know what they’re doing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you want a car please go somewhere else. The Hispanic lady is very helpful but doesn’t understand anything. I got a car from this place, and have a monthly payment set I’ve been paying this car off since 2023, mind you I’m always on top of my payments and never miss a month. The crazy thing is the same lady that’s always at the front desk had gave me the Venmo to the manager so, it’s much easier instead of coming in person all the time. But, it’s like everytime I go there in person they tell me I’m late on my payments and charge me. I told them that I’ve been making payments through the manager (Johnathan) Venmo account. It’s not fair to me or anyone else having the same issue as me because you can’t keep track of your customers payments and I also took them proof of all the payments I made but something seems so off about this place I got my receipt from the last time I when In before making payments through Venmo and I swear to you my balance has never changed idk if these people are stealing my money or what but something doesn’t make sense. I just feel like I’ve been paying these people for the longest. Please please find somewhere else to buy a car theses better places stay far away from this place .
